WHERE IS MY MOTHER & GRANDMOTHER …..

Imagine being told that your mother and grandmother are buried on top of other people! This happed to my family at Park cemetery in Bridgeport CT.

After several devastating years of filing complaints with the manager Dale LaPrade of Park cemetery, My family was informed February 18, 2022 my mother and grandmother are either buried in a “recycled” grave where the previous and rightious owners remains were discarded or they are on top of another person. After speaking with State Attorney of CT David Applegate who confirmed this may in fact be true because charges were filed against Dale LaPrade the disgraced former manager of Park cemetery. Applegate informed us, Laprade died before her trail and he no longer has jurisdiction or a trail, the trail died with her. Applegate was very compassionate and helpful and gave us the name of one of the Current board members who has been appointed by the state to take over control of the cemetery, Anthony Monelli.

Monelli was the opposite of Applegate. He was very cold, and insensative. Monelli did admit that LaPrade was recycling graves and discarding remains for 30 years and the families of neither party were informed. Monelli also confirmed That my mother and grandmother are in the section that has been closed off and they are apart of tragic ordeal. I informed Monelli my mothers headstone had been moved back a few feet, he very nonchalantly stated “ we can move her head stone back where it should be” as if it was nothing. I stated we wanted her moved entirely out of that graveyard as well as my grandmother and he told us he can move them into a different section they “believed” has not been compromised by LaPrade.
