Many folks ask me about economical party options and truthfully that isn't my expertise so many times I don't bring a lot of affordable options to the conversation. However, I found a little gem in the East Valley of Phoenix (City of Chandler) and put together a Christmas Casino party for my husband's company this past holiday. It's a perfect spot for any small gathering! A total blank palate in the heart of downtown Chandler. https://chandlerpops.com/

Our team had a great time and we had about 25 people in attendance and it was a perfect size.

Think family gatherings, baby showers, catered dinners, etc! It was fantastic and the owner was so easy to work with as it was truly a turn-key experience.

You have that one funny intelligent friend that would kill it being your Officant. Do it! but make sure they research the duties, responsibilities and are good with public speaking. Many of our clients opt for someone close to them to stand in this role and I freaking love it.

As a wedding planner, I personally have been asked to be an officiant for my clients. It is a perk of being ordained myself and I am forever connected to the couple for that experience. If you swipe you’ll see the face of one of my grooms reacting to their officiant.

It’s moments like this which make it a long lasting memory. Isn’t that what life is all about?

You invest tens of thousands of dollars (sometimes more) into one day. You create a memory for not only the two of you but for all of your guests to remember forever. It’s a lot of work and it can be stressful but when it all comes together seamlessly it’s so worth it. I love this moment because essentially this was the start of their wedding day and you can see in their faces they are authentically excited for what’s to come….as they should be.
