28th January sees the next Sunday Soul session at The Alhambra, Morecambe. 2pm - 8pm featuring resident DJs Paul Soul Johnson, Martin the Mod Sharpe, Paul Winder with special guest and making a long awaited return to the decks - Mark Bryan!!

Really looking forward to these guys playing March of the Mods Morecambe on April 6th.
They're one of 5 bands plus DJ's who are donating their time to ensure EVERY penny raised is donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

A soul event scheduled later in the year at the Alhambra has reportedly cancelled due to technical issues with the lift. I've used the lift today and can confirm it is in full working order - our Wigan Casino 50th Special will be going ahead as planned next Sunday....see you there....

Recent weeks have sadly seen the passing of 3 great supporters of Morecambe Rides Again and the Morecambe scootering/music scene. Bobby Keit, Craig Shellnack and Lee Burns regularly attended our events, including March of the Mods and the Alhambra Soul Club, with Bobby also taking on the role of DJ and host at many of our gigs since 2016. 3 cracking lads who will be sorely missed by many people and as a mark of respect and thanks for their support over the years, Morecambe Rides Again 2023 will be dedicated to Bobby, Craig and Lee...x

Huge thanks to everyone who attended the March session of Sunday Soul!!
Lots of friendly soul lovers – new and old which helped make it another cracking afternoon.
Great job by our resident DI’s Paul, Paul and Martin plus our guests Tez Howarth and Jay Blackburn – they kept the dance floor busy right until closing time!!
Paul Soul will be busy sorting the line-up for the next Sunday Soul on May 21st – put it in the diary folks and spread the word.
