I cannot begin to think of how lucky I was to be able to have Emily throughout my wedding planning process. I had booked Emily about 2 years before our wedding day and I am so glad I did. Not only did her and her team help throughout the entire day of the wedding, she also contacted vendors, made the timelines, and helped create the wedding of my dreams. Without her, I would have had no idea where to start. She made sure my husband and I were calm throughout the wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly with Emily and her team there.
Booking with Emily is an absolute dream.

I don’t know about ya’ll but I’ve been absolutely OBSESSED with the King’s Table trend instead of a Head Table. I love the added intimacy to share dinner with your loved ones at one table ~ it’s so much easier to share conversation, make eye contact with one another throughout dinner, and not have all your guests staring you down. It makes dinner less stressful and more laid back! It also gives you more ability to add more family members to your “Head Table” and those that aren’t in your wedding party🤍

As wedding coordinators, our team isn’t just there to “meet with vendors and light candles” - I feel like our role on wedding days are viewed as very minimal. A role that can easily be taken over by a friend or family member…that is such a lie.

We are involved in managing the day by problem solving, making sure the day follows the timeline, running last minute errands for any missing pieces (alcohol runs have become a popular one😂), coming up with backup plans for emergency situations, and so much more! A coordinator’s role is to be involved in every single stinkin’ detail of the day that a family member or friend would never even think of doing.

"Like most brides I knew that wedding planning would be stressful, but thought it would be manageable. Boy, was I wrong! There were so many details and tasks that I realized I had no idea what, when, where, how to get done. It became overwhelming and stressful so I decided I needed a wedding planner/coordinator.
The best decision that I did for my wedding was hiring Emily. She is very organized, communicative, detailed oriented, and always had a great attitude every step of the way!
I am a very anxious person, but Emily always knew when I was feeling uneasy or worried about something. She always took the time to answer all my questions and listened to opinions and concerns. Every wedding day moment is so special - from couples sharing intimate moments to fun times on the dance floor! I have been very blessed to be a part of a team of strong, confident women that I aspire to be. After finishing up my second year at Butler, I found that my true passion was event planning. I am excited to continue pursuing this passion this next year and seeing where it takes me! I love being a part of this team!
