Bringing Joyful, Immersive Experiences to NM
Ned Jacobs and Bunee Tomlinson met in 2017 and quickly formed a friendship and productive working relationship. Filmmaker Tomlinson was contracted to create video biopics of honorees for the New Mexico Platinum Music Awards, an event that Jacobs co-founded and co-produced. After working together on multiple successful entertainment projects, they teamed up to form Gardenia Jungle Entertainment - with a mission of bringing stellar musical talent and joyful, immersive music and film experiences to New Mexico and beyond.
Ned Jacobs is both an educator and serial entrepreneur having formed and managed seven businesses in his 45 year career. Early on he was a headmaster of a private school in Los Angeles that included many enrichment programs - but most popular with the students/parents was the school's music/drama programs. Later he worked for the Kaplan Educational Centers as their National Director of University Partnerships where he brought funding to develop student leadership and other activities to the student body of many colleges/universities in the US. A lifelong lover of music, Ned engages in sponsorships of Santa Fe Bandstand, St. John's Music on the Hill and was co-founder/producer of the New Mexico Platinum Music Awards. In addition, he is on the steering committee for Santa Fe Music Week as a producer of concerts and marketing consultant for the City of Santa Fe-Division of Tourism.
Iancu (Bunee) Tomlinson has been producing film and video content in Oklahoma for over 10 years.
