Dr. King advocated for nonviolent resistance to overcome injustice as a means of lifting racial oppression. In her role as our CFO & Director of Employee Relations, Catherine is excited to be creating an environment at Roux where the staff are committed to providing excellent service & committed to their own personal growth and development.
