Feeling like spring is right around the corner

I delivered a few of these container plantings over the holidays, and made one just to see how it would grow. The Christmas cactus was a late bloomer but pretty hot pink. The grape hyacinths are just starting to bloom for me and the amaryllis is just starting to grow. I didn’t keep mine in a nice warm house, which is why they are a little behind. Will definitely make more for Fall.

Please provide your dish in a festive disposable container. This allows for an easy and quick clean up. Meats, breads, cheese, finger foods, fruit, sweets- please share your holiday favorites with us! Punch, decaf coffee, tea, and hot chocolate will be provided. Help is needed after the reception to tidy up and put everything back in place. Please let Jenna Riddle know if you are available to help clean up.
