Early minutes of setting up on court. Lots of work by Arena court netting team to create easy access, but doable! Lots of learning curve for the new direction. The staff at Action Sports Arena are always improvising and taking on challenges. Netting isn't as simple as it may seem, neither is working at it with high tension wires.

The Licensed Bar does run tabs. (Vehicle keys and license held) There will be some specials on the night.
Cash/Card accepted. Cigarette machine available with most brands.

NO alcohol/drugs/drinks/allowed on premises. Complex security includes plain officers. If caught, will result in prosecution/removal from premises.
If full main complex boomgates will be closed.

Besides the gate security car guards also check general activity even within the full complex perimeter fencing.

Security may ask to see ID/License when vehicles exit.

The general SATURDAY schedule:

3pm-5pm is general meet/greet/catchup/mingle/ braai/snack time for earlybirds, although you can braai later if it suits you.

Additions to the afternoon/night include Reo on Sax, to mellow you with a few tunes around 5pm or maybe a bit later.

A shapely fab dancer is on at 9/9.15 pm with a fire/LED dance medley. The only time Eskom won't be required!
A Dukes Combo interval act.

DJ Sean will be on ambient sound from 4pm into the jamming late hours. I'm in too! You might catch MarcusG late!
Wear comfortable shoes if you're a dancer.

Its not everyday there's a long event. Please sleep well the week before attending. Youll need the energy!
