Hello Friends!!!
Please check out our new menu this week and let us know if you have any questions. We are offering delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and we will be accepting orders up until Wednesday afternoon. Make sure you are selecting what "quantity" you want when you place your order for the family meals. You can choose from 1 to how many you want to order per family meal size.

Our Menu:
Honey Glazed Spiral Ham
We cook our ham for hours in its own juices and then at the very end top it with hot honey glaze. This pairs perfectly with our new hashbrown casserole side.

Our Sides:
Baked Mac & Cheese, Hashbrown Casserole, Cabbage and Succotash.
Our new side this week-hashbrown casserole is an old classic 😀 Made with julienne thin cut potatoes, fresh cut onions, sour cream and cheese all baked together until golden and delicious!
You get to choose up to 2 for each family meal. Plus you can also order extra sides.

We will also be offering: Chicken OR Veggie Fried Rice.
You can choose between having white meat chicken with fried seasoned white rice, corn, peas carrots and fried eggs. OR you can choose our Veggie Fried Rice where we substitute chicken for red bell pepper, mushrooms and zucchini. Each is served with a side of Yum Yum and Soy sauce

For Dessert - Mississippi Mud Brownie
This is a Chocolate Lover's Dream! A fudge brownie topped with mini marshmallows as soon as they come out fresh from the oven. Just as the marshmallows start to melt we topped it with fresh pecans and then the best part: a warm decadent chocolate sauce. Ohhhh! It is so good.

Hello Friends!!
I hope everyone had an absolutely FABULOUS 4th of July! We took this week to focus on family, friends, food and FIREWORKS! But we are back and ready to serve you with our delicious made from scratch family meals so get ready 😀 We are delivering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Our Menu:

Country Fried Steak -
Now some may know this as Chicken Fried Steak but it's all the same - we take cube steak and batter it in buttermilk, eggs and flour. Of course we add our own house seasonings and fry it to perfection. You can choose up to 2 sides per Family Meal.

Our sides:
Mashed Red Potatoes, Corn Casserole, Collard Greens and Roasted Broccoli
Our Mashed Red Potatoes are creamy goodness that just makes you feel at home. They pair perfectly with our Country Fried Steak - but we know that not everyone is a fan of potatoes so we added in our infamous Corn Casserole as your starch - this buttery goodness is sure to put a warm smile on your face no matter what. Our veggies this week are our staple Collard Greens - if you haven't yet please give them a try! They are incredible. BUT I will admit the Roasted Broccoli this week - Oh MY! Fresh cut broccoli tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic - simple, classic DELICIOUS!

This week's Salad:
Taco Salad - you can choose between 3 different seasoned protein options such as ground beef, ground turkey or shredded all white meat chicken. Our salad includes fresh chopped lettuce, jalapenos, corn, black beans, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, corn tortilla chips plus our homemade dressing.

Our Dessert:
Pineapple Upside Down Cake -
Our cake is moist, sweet, delicious with a little tang. It has a caramelized "topping" made from butter, brown sugar and pineapple juice plus pineapple slices and cherries.....OMG! Don't miss out on it!

Our Menu:
This week we are bringing back a very popular meal - Lemon Chicken and Potatoes.
We take dark meat chicken and marinate overnight with fresh squeezed lemons, olive oil, fresh herbs and seasonings. Then we add fresh chopped potatoes and cook together for hours until everything is tender, juicy and full of flavor.

Our sides this week:
Of course the entree will be served with potatoes - but we wanted to offer some additional options to go with it.
Each Family Meal you can choose up to 1 additional side.
Honey Glazed Carrots, Green Beans or Rice Pilaf.

Our Salad Option this week: Summer Salad
We take cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, avocados and toss with olive oil, fresh lemon & dill.
It's light, refreshing and vegetarian approved!

As a starter or snack -
I will be making my homemade Hummus. We serve it with pita bread, cucumbers and carrots for dipping.

Our Family Meal we are offering an old school classic - Mama's Meatloaf
This meatloaf is not to be taken lightly, lean ground beef, chopped onions & garlic, eggs, fresh herbs, seasoned bread crumbs and topped with an amazing sweet and savory sauce. It is moist, savory and delicious. We love having mashed potatoes to "dip" it into 😀

Zuppa Toscana and Italian Salad
Our soup is Zuppa Toscana! It is a fabulous soup made with ground Italian sausage, bacon, chopped onion, garlic, sliced potatoes, fresh kale all in a creamy broth. We like to top it with some parmesan cheese ❤
It will be paired with a fresh chopped garden salad with tomatoes, black olives, peppercorn, onions, croutons, parmesan cheese and an Italian dressing.

Our Dessert this week:
A true classic - Chocolate Chip Cookies! These homemade cookies have over 10 ingredients such as flour, eggs, butter, vanilla semi-sweet chips and pecans. They are NOT just your everyday cookie - so don't miss out on these!

Hello Everyone!!!
We are back from our family vacation and ready to start preparing delicious food for you and your family.
This week we will be offering delivery Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!

Our Menu:

Chicken Parmesan with side of Fettuccine Alfredo
We prepare our chicken cutlets that are seasoned dipped in breadcrumbs and then pan fried. Topped with our tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese then baked until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Baked Rigatoni Pasta
Our rigatoni is baked with Italian sausage, lean ground beef, thick tomato sauce, garlic, onion and topped with cheese & parsley.

Minestrone Soup and Caesar Salad
Our soup this week is made with fresh vegetables, herbs, beans and pasta. Pair it with our fresh cut cesar salad and this together could easily be a meal on its own or definitely a complement to our entrees as an appetizer. You can choose one or have both 😀 ***Vegatarian approved****

Our Dessert this week:

Raspberry Tiramisu Parfait.
We take lady fingers and layer them with fresh raspberries and our rich filling made with mascarpone and fresh cream. Don't miss out on trying this one ❤

Our entrees:

Chicken & Waffles 🥞
Belgian waffles that are light and fluffy with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Our chicken tenders are brined and battered in our own recipe and fried until crispy and juicy. Served with a side of syrup. Our homestyle breakfast potatoes are fresh cut russets potatoes, seasoned and oven roasted.

Chicken & MICKEY MOUSE Waffles
Our same recipe for belgian waffles but in the shape of Mickey Mouse

Biscuits & Gravy:
We make our buttermilk biscuits from scratch using only 3 ingredients. We will serve them with freshly ground pork sausage in a white creamy gravy. All comes with our homestyle breakfast potatoes that we cut fresh then seasoned and oven roasted

We will also be offering on the lighter side:

Spring Salad with either Crispy or Grilled Chicken. 🥗
Our salad this week is hearty mixed greens, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, red onions, cheese, croutons served with your choice of our homemade honey mustard dressing or buttermilk ranch dressing.

Lastly, we are bringing back our popular Fruit Plate!
We serve all fresh cut fruits and our homemade sweet and fluffy dip. We sold out last time we offered this so please don't wait to order!

We are so excited about this upcoming week PLUS the menu we will be offering. Graduations, school year ending, summer starting - too much to list. So enjoy time with your family and let US take care of dinner!
We will be delivering Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Nocatee Area. We will be taking orders up until Tuesday at 7pm so get your orders in quickly!

This week's menu we will be offering:
Carved Roast Beef
This Roast is slow cooked with a wonderfully smooth Au Jus. You get to choose up to 2 sides per family meal. We will be offering Smashed Red Potatoes, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Beans or Parmesan Roasted Asparagus. I know it will be hard to choose! But you can ALWAYS order additional sides.

We will also be serving Baked Potato Soup with a Fresh Chopped Garden Salad.
Our soup is a dinner in itself, fresh cut russet potatoes cooked in a creamy, rich broth served with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese and green onions. Our Garden Salad is fresh chopped lettuce, shredded carrots, red cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons. Served with a side of our buttermilk ranch dressing.

OR if you would prefer our Low Carb Option - you can pair our Fresh Chopped Garden Salad and will include our incredible seasoned Grilled Chicken Tenderloins.

Our Dessert: Chocolate Delight!
If you've never had ours it is not one to miss out on! It is incredibly heavenly and DELIGHTful with 5 layers of fantastic goodness. Trust me, IT. IS. SO. GOOD!

Hello and Happy Friday!

These are one of my son's favorite meals so as we are getting ready for his graduation next weekend I thought it was fitting to offer them this week.
These are thin sliced center cut chops, seasoned, dipped in buttermilk and deep fried until they are juicy and crispy. Served with a side of gravy

You get to choose 2 sides per each family meal. BUT if you want MORE you can add additional sides!
Our sides this week: Butter Beans, Collard Greens, Black Eyed Peas or Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes.
All of our sides are freshly made, nothing canned or processed here!

We will also be offering: Chicken OR Veggie Fried Rice.

This is a multi-layered dessert starting with an amazing chocolate cookie crust, then layered with chocolate mouse and a rich peanut butter pudding. All topped with whipped cream and crushed peanuts!

Our menu we will be offering: Oven Roasted Turkey
We will be serving all white meat turkey breast that we roast in its own juices and served with a side of gravy.
Our sides this week will be our Herb Stuffing, Corn Casserole, Mac & Cheese or Broccoli Cheddar Rice. You get to pick 2 with each Family Meal.
PLUS, if you want even more sides you can order as many extras as you want.

Next, we will be offering Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Our gumbo is made with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, white meat chicken & andouille sausage in a savory broth.
We will include a side of white rice plus buttermilk cornbread.

Our Desserts : Watergate Salad and Cherry Fluff
Since I'm making Turkey & Stuffing it reminds me of spending the holidays at my Meme's. She always had Watergate Salad at every holiday so it's just fitting to offer this week.
Watergate Salad has pistachio pudding, crushed pineapples, marshmallows and pecans.
Cherry Fluff has cherries, crushed pineapples, coconut, marshmallows and pecans.

Hello Everyone!
We are offering a SPECIAL this week!
Did you know that Friday is May 5th - ITS Cinco De Mayo 🌮

We will be making 2 different dishes and offering delivery on Friday for dinner.

The first is - QuesaBirria Tacos!
If you've never had these - oh my they are Delish- We first tried these in California last summer and were hooked. It is a chuck roast that is slow cooked with different chiles, tomatoes and a whole lot of seasonings and spices. These were very popular on social media with everyone trying these amazing "fried" tacos that you DIP into the incredible broth that it has been marinated in.
I have worked on my recipe for almost a year and must admit it is pretty darn good!

The second is - Carnitas Tacos!
A deep family favorite 😀
Pulled pork that we have slow cooked with a dry rub including citrus juices. We top it on flour tortillas with onions, limes and cilantro.

Each meal serves 1 and will include 2 tacos, Spanish rice, refried beans, chips and salsa.

My Mom's Sunday Chicken Pot Pie
Yes, I'm bringing it back around because we got so much great feedback and it has been mentioned time and time again.
Savory shredded chicken, potatoes, buttered egg noodles, carrots, bell peppers with a wonderful creamy sauce and topped with a buttery crust. And of course served with a side of sweet peas.

OR

Taco Salad
Fresh cut romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese and a Mexican dressing. It is filling and delicious!
Do you want a vegetarian option? We can substitute the beef for fresh cut avocados - no up-charge just put comments in the special request.

Dessert this week - Lemon Lush
This is a multiple layered dessert starting from the bottom cookie crust, then a decadent cream cheese layer and a sweet but tangy lemon pudding layer plus topped off with a homemade whipped cream.

What a GREAT week we had. It was busy and fun for us and we hope you all enjoyed this past week's menu :-)

For the coming up week:
We are offering delivery only on Monday and Tuesday.
This is because we are catering a banquet this week and need to prep, cook and be ready for the event. (Did you know that we cater? YES, we do!)

Our Menu:
This week we are bringing back a very popular meal - Lemon Chicken and Potatoes.
We take dark meat chicken and marinate overnight with fresh squeezed lemons, olive oil, and fresh herbs and seasonings. Then we add fresh chopped potatoes and cook together for hours until everything is tender, juicy and full of flavor.

Our sides this week:
Of course the entree will be served with potatoes - but we wanted to offer some additional options to go with it.
Honey Glazed Carrots, Green Beans or Rice Pilaf.

As a starter -
I will be making my homemade Hummus. We serve it with pita bread, cucumbers and carrots for dipping. Only $15 and it serves 2-3.

Dessert this week:
Cherry Cobbler with a homemade whipped cream topping.

Don't forget - We deliver to the Nocatee area between the hours of 4:30pm and 7:00pm. If you need a specific delivery timeframe or perfer porch drop off - just add to the special request section of our order form.

Hello and Happy Good Friday!!

The menu for next week is definitely a family/crowd pleaser. I've been working all day in the test kitchen to make sure everything was tasty and wonderful for you all to enjoy next week.

This week we will be delivering Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Please get your orders at least 48 hours in advance of your preferred delivery day.
Any special request, please list them in our special request section of our order form.

We will be serving Chicken Cutlets
These are fresh chicken breast pounded thin, seasoned, panko crusted then pan fried in a light olive oil. We like ours with a little fresh lemon :-)

We have some fabulous side dishes for everyone to enjoy.
Garlic Mashed RED Potatoes, Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes, Creamed Spinach (fresh not frozen ) and Buttered Corn.

Our low carb offering is a Fresh Cut Caesar Salad with grilled seasoned chicken tenderloins.

And for dessert - Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait.
