Nature is waking up at the Hitch'in Post! So wonderful seeing all the green! Of course, this time of year also means a ton of work to be done. We have to finish a lot of rock work and touches to our new pond and waterfall. A few limbs came down during storms and created a lot of electrical work on our tree lights. New pictures coming soon.

It's about time to have a bon fire! It brings back so many memories to me. Standing around a big fire pit on a chilly night with people you care about. Hot dogs, marshmallows and smores! I love the smell left on your clothes after a night of standing around a good fire. Does that make me weird? There is just something magical about it to me. We now have two big fire pits. One at the venue and another at the upper level off of the covered patio.

We had a lot of dirt work done, cart and walking paths blacktopped... a pond dug and many more improvements. Looking forward to finishing up for 2022! Just need some good weather now!

We are doing a lot of upgrades to deal with drainage, and in doing so, we are taking advantage of it to make certain cosmetic changes as well. Mother nature wins every battle... you may not be able to stop the water but you can redirect it!
