Live Event Enthusiasts! Do you have experience starting or running Trivia nights, Bingo, or organizing local band shows at bars, night clubs, or other venues?

Tony Massih and I would love to talk to you. We're putting together some courseware and we're looking for consultants (for cash), and potentially collaborators (for equity). Experience required!

We have a pretty amazing announcement!

As a product that has not yet been publicly released, we can't post too many details just yet - but this next weekend is a huge milestone for the company!

We are flying four of our out-of-town team-members into Chicago to meet with 7 of us from Illinois and Northwest Indiana to have our FIRST EVER LIVE MEETING. We have over 500 hours of recorded online meetings since this idea first started developing in October of 2020, but many of us have not even been in the same room before.

Proceeds from private consulting work have enabled us the budget we need for our first ever celebration weekend.

What are we celebrating?!

We want to share that SO BADLY, but we need just a little more time.

What we can share is that despite not having been released yet, this product has seen multiple iterations of design improvement by testing our ideas against real events and carefully studying needs and other software products. And this latest iteration is feeling REALLY GOOD.

When we do release our FREE Collaborative Event Planning offerings, it will truly not be like anything you have used before, yet it will be so well designed that you will barely feel like you are using it at all.

We are taking great care in building a user interface that takes from all of the best ideas out there, so that it feels familiar enough that you won't need instructions but is innovative enough that it offers something that this market has never seen. Oh, and this thing is FAST. We're not letting it out the door until we can do anything in 300 milliseconds or less.

Our talent and service profiles will enable event talent to showcase their accomplishments, and to apply to open event positions with the click of a button. For organizers this means no more google forms and spreadsheets and sifting through applicants. Your applications are organized and publicly vetted. Favorite performers can be automatically approved.

We must respect your privacy. We must respect your time. We must respect your feedback. We must put ourselves in your shoes and understand the context of your ever changing needs.

Our number one priority is human experience. To us that means anyone that interfaces with our software. Organizers, Collaborators, Vendors, Merchants, Talent, Attendees, Agencies, and everyone else.

We need to give you the tools to do right by everyone. That means having the right information, at the right time, at the right place, available to the right people.

Out software isn't public yet but we have gone through multiple iterations of ideas, making a better user experience for each iteration.

We need your help.

A complaint that we've heard a lot is that Facebook Events is a great tool after all of the details are worked out, but doesn't help bring collaborators together while musicians are still being confirmed or before the event graphics are made.

We're buiding EventCharm to complement Facebook with a full suite of pre-launch, launch, and day-of tooling. Let EventCharm automatically post your event to Facebook and track FB traction, ticket sales, and marketing efforts all in one collaborative dashboard.

We know how important it is, when inviting somebody to be a part of your event, to reach out to them the right way.

For some people that's email, for others its SMS, FB Messenger, or event a Phone call.

We all have contacts that don't respond quickly to emails, or never check thier messenger.

In other situations you may want to invite a whole group of people in a group message.

EventCharm is going to work WITH Email, SMS, and Facebook messenger, instead of attempt to replace them. Reach out to your contacts with their preferred way quickly, including a link with meaningful information about the event.

Track collaborators easily as they respond to invitations.

Get notified when it makes sense to follow up with somebody.

All collaborative event planning features are FREE, regardless of what ticketing company you choose to use.

Use comments to ask questions, or tell us how important these features are to you!

Imagine this:

You use EventCharm to invite a Video Effects professional to provide visuals for your event.

You choose this person from your phone contact and because you usually text her, you choose to invite her via text message instead of email or messenger.

That she gets texted an Invitation.

After clicking on a link that loads almost instantly, she can view event details and respond:
- I accept!
- I can't make this event.
- Tentative for now (begins workflow to establish a day to get a commitment by)
- Start a chat (begins chat)
- Request a phone call (you get notified)

You get feedback that they've read it.

They get distracted.

After 24 hours without a response, EventCharm follows up with them automatically.

She responds! It's a yes.

You have a nice clear list of the 17 people that have been invited to fulfilled services, you can see that you have 11 commitments, 3 tentative, and you'll need to send out 3 more invitations because some invitees have declined.

What a breath of fresh air.

Now who do I know that can run security that night?

Ho ho ho, we're going to disrupt the status quo.

It's time for some innovation in collaborative event planning and talent matchmaking.

Still using excel? notepaper? a jumbled mess of messenger groups? sms groups? slacks? discords? teams? zooms? sticky notes? frantic last minute phone calls chasing down people or information?

We've lived it. We know. And there's just not quite the right event-centric mix of project management, communication, task tracking, and information organizing and sharing software out there.

Something to act as a central portal to all those inquiries, event postings on social media, ticketing product, and more. Someplace easy to delegate out the work that's stuck on you because you're the only one that knows.. Who's running sound? Who's bringing the projectors? Who's dancing? Did she get back to us?

It's just not there.. yet!

But it's on its way.

We're making some incredible progress behind the scenes. Sorry to be cryptic but if you know, you know!
