Heading into Memorial Day weekend and this week is going to be all about the sauces! With one concession for some rich chocolate goodness!! I will be making several different items for different events so I will offer extras here!

ABeats Que sauce- this is a spicy Carolina style BBQ sauce that is vinegar and mustard based with a hint of sweetness. This is perfect for pork or beef.
Alabama white sauce-creamy, tangy and chicken’s best friend.

Hello everyone, I know a lot of you follow my ABeats Instagram page. Because of all your interest and encouragement I have decided to create Due South. This will eventually be a small event catering/personal chef service. Lots of family things taking place right now that will take priority over this launch.
