I know it's been a while since we updated everyone. Deshawn has finished his first rounds of chemo and radiation about 8 weeks ago. He has made the decision not to do anymore treatment due to it being so hard on him. His cancer is very aggressive and  we need all the prayers we can get. He goes for an MRI and Petscan on November 21

Deshawn is a ray of sunshine who brings happiness and positivity every were he goes he brightens the room.

God please free my baby's body of this terrible disease. He is my heart and soul. My bright shining light.

I am happy to say today is DeShawn's last day of Radiation! 🙏
He will have his Petscan in about 6 to 8 weeks. Everyone please keep him in your prayers that we get good news. 🙏🙏

Deshawn went in to have his Chemo this morning. He was extremely weak and couldn't stand. They did his blood work and his hemoglobin was 6 " an adult man should be 15"
His White Count was extremely low. So no Chemo for him today. He had to get a blood transfusion. He is feeling much better. No Chemo till Monday.
He is so excited he didn't have to get it today. He's home resting.

Update : DeShawn is not doing well the Chemo is starting to take a
Toll on him. He goes in tomorrow for his one day 24/7 chemo stay.
Please keep him in your prayers we need all we can get. He is strong and he has a lot of people that love him he will get through this it's just a bump in the road. 🎗🎗🎗🎗🙏🙏🙏🙏

Update: DeShawn talk to his doctor today. He wants him to do 2 more rounds of aggressive Chemo and then 6 weeks of Radiation Mon thru Friday and then he has to go back to doing his Chemo.

It is going to be a rough road DeShawn is strong and positive and will get through this. Thanks for all your prayers and kind words and donations. We really appreciate everything.

They have rallied behind DeShawn and my family.

My poor baby is having such a terrible week! I hate chemo😢 and that he has to go through this. All we can do is stay positive and pray.

Deshawn wanted everyone to know that it has been a rough week but he's fighting through. He went out for a few hours yesterday but got extremely  exhausted. He is staying positive and that will get him through this terrible disease.
He goes in on Monday for his 6 day 24/7 hospital stay. This is a picture of him and his big sister Nicole when they were out yesterday.

Update : DeShawn was supposed to do a 4 hour outpatient chemo today but they changed it to a 24/7 chemo and he has to stay in the hospital.
He will get a week off and then he will have to stay in the hospital for his 24/7 6 day hospital stay. It's pretty rough but DeShawn is staying positive. He will beat this. Thanks everyone for your kind words, support and prayers.

Day 5: DeShawn had a rough couple of days he doesn't feel like taking pictures or making videos. He is not eating much and feels really drained and nauseous.

He wants everyone to know he is staying strong and staying positive. This is just a bump in the road.
