This was so unexpected, but I’m deeply honored. To all the people that see something special in me and what Mama Kim’s brings to the table…THANK YOU!🤗🩷 P.S. I was not born in 1959🤦🏽‍♀️ 12 years before my time. My mom was like 9 and my dad was 11 in 1959😆 That is the year my Granny moved to Phoenix; 2 of her 8 children weren’t even born yet.

I told you guys I was the worst on social media🤦🏽‍♀️ Here are a few events we’ve done since September. There’s one event we did in October that we did not get one pic because it was pure chaos😆 but the turn out was great! It was our first plated dinner service. Don’t give up on me. We will get better at posting.🤍

Every event won’t be perfect. We make mistakes often. We won’t make every person happy. There’s so many things we could’ve done different. BUT that’s how we learn. If we’re not learning, we’re not growing. Being a chef is sometimes a thankless job, but we dust ourselves off, get up and do it all over again.
