Owning a business and working full time/ studying full time, is a lot 🤯 Whilst we love how much our business has grown over the last year and a half we also have to focus on the other important aspects in our life.

You may have noticed we are not posting as much on social media. We are definitely still open and taking bookings. So we can balance everything and still make sure that our business is providing the highest quality service we will be continuing to post minimally 🤍

We got to create a colourful table for a 7 year olds birthday!! 🥰

Everything you could dream of from fairy floss to chocolate frogs and koalas and not forgetting some fresh fruit so the tooth fairy doesn’t get angry 🦷🍫

Father’s Day and our first birthday has gone off with a bang!!

Build your very own grazing box in both The OG and the Brunch Box 🧀🥯Spoil your loved one this Fathers Day and create the perfect, delicious box for them 🤍

How it works:

1. Screen shot order your order form
2. Decide what your box will contain 🤔
3. Fill out order form (can be done in photos) 📝
4. DM us your completed form
5. Don’t forget to include how many people the box will be feeding 🤤
6. We will send you the cost and you can then approve the order 🧾

A picnic with pastry and grazing shared with some of your favourite people what more could you want 🥰❤️

It may be chilly outside but we make it work. We use lots of different spaces to make sure all your guests are comfortable 🌸❄️

The client wanted to make it a brunch style so we added fresh pastries, waffles and of course Nutella 🍫🥐

We absolutely love creating grazing tables for weddings and this was definitely a large and in charge one 😍

We got to set up two tables that had a huge variety of different fruits, cheeses, meats, dips, olives and biscuits 🍫🧀🍇🫒🍐 We are happy to change and set up how ever you would like it to look so it enhances the space 🥰
P.s this also had a gluten free section but we made sure it still looked just as amazing as the rest 😉

Who doesn’t love to brunch!! 😍

We had the opportunity to do a ‘recovery brunch’ the morning after the wedding for a lovely couple 💕 We had so much fun creating this table filled with all your brunch favs including ham and cheese croissants, waffles with maple syrup, yogurt and musli pots, cheeses, meats, fruit and much more!! 🥐🧀🍫🍩

This table was something we had never tried before and we are so happy with how it turned out 🤩 we are so excited to hopefully book mor and more custom tables for events 😊

Well I am the other half of Brie and Oak, better known as the older sister 🤗

I am a Tourism, culture & Events Coordinator 😊 I have a degree in Business and a degree in Law (honours) diploma of legal practice 📚

So why this you ask… 🤨 I spent 6 years in the Hunter valley working for an amazing company, Restaurant Mason, where I got to be part of, I think, over 200 weddings 💍 This is where my love for all things weddings and events began at 🥰

When I am not working I love to go for walks with friends, read and travel (when we can) 😘

As my sister said, Brie and Oak was a dream that I thought could never be possible, but it is amazing what two sisters can do 🤩 We are only a two man team and as you can see have a lot to balance but we wouldn’t have it any other way 🤍

We know we wouldn’t be where we are now without the amazing clients supporting and booking us 😊 We love that you are on this crazy journey with us and look forward to sharing so much new and exciting things still to come 💕

We thought it was about time you got to know us 🤩 I am one half of Brie and Oak (some might say the creativeness behind the business). Me along with my sister and the support of all our family finally took the leap and started Brie and Oak 🥰

I study full time at CSU in a Bachelor of Communications (Specialisation) in Digital content 😀 I am also studying my Certificate III in fitness 💪🏼

I have recently become a coach at F45 Orange which I absolutely love doing and being apart of the amazing group 🥰 I also give my Dad a hand at his shop North Orange News and Gifts 🤍

When I am not working or studying I love to shop (probably a little too much🤫), go for brunch whenever possible 😆 and I love a cheeky drink at the Parky 🥂

Brie and Oak was a dream that my sister and I talked about for too long and now it is a reality. We get to both do what we love and hope to continue to expand 💕

We are beyond grateful to our clients and hope to continue to provide high quality offerings 🤍

Belle’s Birthday 🌸💕

A lovely afternoon to celebrate a 10 year olds birthday! We absolutely loved creating this little picnic in cook park for all the girls to sit and enjoy 🥰

We have collaborated with to give her gorgeous earrings as party favours for everyone to keep 😍 (These have got to be the cutest earrings ever!!)

also created the stunning “Belles Bday” sign to add that extra touch to this picnic 🤩

We offer both catered and not catered picnics. So you can bring the delicious food and we can set it all up.

Love is in the air 🤍
We got to do what we love most for a very special wedding last night at the beautiful Hay Shed .hayshed.wedding.and.events

Creating a delicious 2.5m grazing board for 65 people to nibble on 🧀🍇 We also got to spread our wings and do all the little touches including, personalised handwritten signs, florals, decor and decorating and bringing the whole day together for the beautiful bride and groom 🥰

We really love being part of someone’s special day and making it memorable 💕
