Sweet Libations is a mobile bar based out of Niceville Florida and we are so lucky to have them with us for this evening. They will be providing both alcoholic drinks and mocktails for the evening as we dance the night away! We are so excited to announce that the Fantasia Affairs Gala will also be including a Costume Contest! Come dressed in your best Fantasy Formal wear for a shot at being crowned during the event! All attendees will be eligible to participate and we can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! Just as a quick reminder, the dress code is Formal in nature so please no Modern Street Clothes including t-shirts or tennis shoes. Weapons including bows, staffs, swords, etc. are also prohibited for safety purposes.

Still trying to decide what to wear? (Part One) For our feminine folks, finding the gown can be one of the most exciting and daunting parts of of going to a fantasy ball. There's absolutely no limit to your creativity when it comes down to it. Floor length gowns are the standard but you are absolutely encouraged to make it as fantastical as you'd like. Add a cape, crown, ears, or wings to add that special touch and make the evening magical.

We are so excited to be hosting the Fantasia Affairs' first event at The Loft on Main in Crestview Florida. This beautiful open floor venue has plenty of space to dance the night away, high ceilings, open windows and a gorgeous grand staircase. It's truly a magical space and we cannot wait to share the evening here with you.

How are your preparations for The Fantasia Affairs coming along? We're so excited to host you on this magical evening. Be sure to arrive ready to eat, drink, and dance the night away with us. Doors open at 5 pm to the main ballroom for all our guests. For our lovely VIP guests of the evening, a private sitting area will also be available for the entire evening.

In addition to our Base Tickets, we are also offering limited VIP tickets to those who are looking for a little extra magic in their evening. These VIP Tickets include the dinner of light finger foods, three drink tickets (for guests 21+), professional photography, and access to the private VIP lounge area. The lounge area is additional seating above the ballroom where guests can enjoy a quiet space designed especially for resting their feet, laughing with their friends, and even snagging some cute photos. At its core, Fantasia's Formal Gala is a social event, so this is perfect for a quiet conversation away from the music and magic downstairs.
