New Year, New Us!
With moving states and practically starting from scratch again, we’ve decided to rebrand from Thueson Floral Co. to Lilac and Ivory!
2022 brought new things; the start of this little floral business, learning so many new things, meeting so many amazing people, other vendors in the industry, stunning clients, new friends, important lessons, tears, laughter, and so much more!
This change brings new beginnings and big things to come, we can’t wait to see what 2023 brings! 🥂✨

FINALLY!
We are finally making some progress getting everything set up and ready to go here in Texas!
It’s been really discouraging having so many set backs and delays but things are finally in motion and we’ll be ready to go soon!
I wish I could go back to this awesome weekend in the mountains surrounded by so many awesome people 😭 I need the tranquility.

My husband recently took a job here and we decided to make a huge change and move from Idaho to Texas.

Instagram burnout is REAL 😰 I am a chronic offender of comparing myself to others and I’m starting to realize that behind the perfect pictures on Instagram are real people, with stories and backgrounds and parts of their life no one knows. Being vulnerable and putting yourself out there is hard. Not comparing where you are to someone who appears to have it all together is HARD. But remembering that everyone has something unique to offer, and everyone has hard days, and everyone started somewhere… makes me realize I am where I need to be right now. I don’t compare to anyone else because I am me. I am building my confidence, my character, and my life, every single day, one step at a time.
