Last week had the honor to be chosen to produce the 2022 Women In Aviation conference held at the iconic Ga***rd Opryland Resort & Convention Center

After being inactive at this level of events, it was time to take on the challenge and deliver 100% to the client and attendees.

At the end of the event were told that we are going with them to Long Beach, CA in 2023

We wouldn’t have been able to make this happen without the hard work, talent and dedication of a hard working team, 9 traveling + 12 local techs + local vendors.

In recent days HZ Main Events deployed a production team of 8 of the most qualified and skilled techs along with full Video, Audio and lighting systems to take care of the 2020 Women in Aviation yearly conference, sadly upon return COVID-19 took over all of our lives. It's until now that I get to share some of pictures from the conference held at the Disney's Colorado Springs Resort (Disney World)

HZME being the exclusive Audio Visual Vendor for both conference and exhibit floor.
