Our ✨six-week introductory gym programme ✨️ may be just what you need.

The introductory programme is designed for those who are either starting their fitness journey or are new to working out in a gym environment.

Focusing on improving fitness 🏃🏼‍♀️, building good gym habits, injury avoidance 🦸‍♂️, proper technique 🏋‍♀️, and increasing mobility and flexibility 🤸🏼‍♀️, our gym team are creating a supportive environment to build confidence and competence among our members.

The workouts will combine strength training, mobility and cardio for maximum benefits.
By the end of the 6-week programme, you will be well placed to continue your fitness journey safely and independently.

Introductory offer rates:

Option A: 1 class per week -€50, paid upfront
Option B: 2 classes per week - €100, paid upfront
