I used to have to constantly remind myself change is a regular part of living despite how much you try to fight it. Going thru traumatic extreme change in my childhood and now as an adult made me avoidant and resistant to its prescience as a young adult. The ups and downs are normal despite how severe they may feel. After recently being diagnosed bpd I’ve dived more into my deep feelings w: accepting change lose regret etc the downs of life. I accepted a few years ago it’s a part of the process, a part of life and without it we aren’t human but I’ll never stop caring learning growing and neither should you ❤️ the world is a dark scary place but if you have faith in the good in people they may just surprise you
