Front of the barn is finally done! Only one more section left to sand! While most of the CSF crew were gone over the weekend, mom and dad were busy working on the barn! So grateful for all the help we have! Stay tuned for more framing updates in the near future😊

A day out of the office is never a day off for us! Kicked off with a balloon arch, staining the barn, weeding the landscaping, and an evening tree watering. Full day of work for the ladies of Cedar Spring Farm!

We've been working hard to refinish the original barn siding. Not afraid to get a little dirt under our nails... or in our hair... or in our eyes... or on our clothes... well, really everywhere!
How do you sand a 100-year-old barn? One board at a time!
Section by section, we are sanding down the original siding, applying a weather poly, and replacing missing boards. This has not been a fun job, but it's so rewarding to see the barn come to life!

It may seem like we have been a little quiet lately, but that's because we are making some significant progress at the event venue with all hands on deck! Coop the Construction Dog is back at it again! He wanted to make sure we represented just how large our new windows are, standing at over 6' tall! Going to love the way these decorative, black-framed Pella Windows and Doors look in our rustic barn.
