“ So long Summer…”
A romantic dinner for two with dishes inspired by ingredients and flavors that remind you of Summer.
- Lemon herb broiled oysters
- Crab bisque
- Sweet corn risotto w/ tomato and shrimp
- Steak & pots, ribeye w/ potato pavé & oyster mushrooms
- Strawberries and cream creme brûlée

My favorite nice tingz I made this summer:
- Burrata & prosciutto salad
- Homemade dehydrated tomatoes
- Grits w/ some shrimp , scallops and sausage
- Grilled vegetables ( zucchini, sweet peppers, red onion, sweet potato) w/ sundried tomato chimi
- Curried chicken salad
- Chicken tacos w/ radish, avocado, tomatoes, pickled onions, sour cream
- Grilled peaches and cream w/ cashews, coconut and mint
- Deep fried soft shell crabs w/ curry aoili
- Strawberry galette
- Steak overcooked but tasty nonetheless
- Guava bbq ribs
Looking forward to what creations fall & winter bring, brrr.
