BBQ tonight at Hatta Hairstylist by Wat Bo! Starting at 6pm, we will be serving up delicious American BBQ and handcrafted ales. On the menu tonight:

Carnivore Candy: delicious pork belly bites smoked all day, followed by a several hour braise in homemade BBQ sauce.

Smoked chicken thighs: seasoned and smoked, and topped with either a homemade red or white BBQ sauce.

Either served with German style potato salad for only $5!

On tap we’ve got our AmMo IPA, our Pipe Dream sour NEIPA, and our Scotch Ale. All pack a punch while going easy on your wallet at only $2.

Kicking off our new draft offerings this week we have 2 new and very different beers lined up for your delight and delectation...

First up we have Pils Buah from Oliver Woods at Kakilang Brewing Company in conjunction with our old friends Riel Brewing and Distilling.. this is delicate 4.3% Pilsner with hints of Orange Zest. It's light, easy to drink only $3.00 a pint while stocks last. It's great to see new beers and brewers coming into the city and this is no exception.

Next is Pipe Dream by Pour Decisions Brewing Company out of Siem Reap. This is a first for us from brewer Nick Thunder and we have some high expectations for this 6.2% Sour NIEPA... watch this space for more great new brew from Nick and others up in Siem Reap.

Both should be ready to go by this evening. Get 'em while we got 'em

The fires are roaring and dinner is cooking! Bbq starts at 6pm tonight.

On the menu:

Smoke-fried chicken wings: Seasoned well and smoked for hours before finishing them off in a fryer for that nice crispy skin. Tossed in either house-made white or red bbq sauce.

Carnivore Candy: Pork belly cut into bite-sizes pieces and smoked for several hours. Followed by a 2 hour braise in our house bbq sauce.

Both served with some homemade chips (crisps) for only $5 a plate!

On tap for only $2 we have:

Blonde Ale 5.9% light and easy-drinking
IPA 6.5% fruity and herbal
Sour NEIPA 6% tart, citrusy, and refreshing

Our signature “Carnivore Candy” - Smoked pork belly bites braised in our homemade bbq sauce.

Bbq smoked chicken thighs - bbq rubbed and smoked for several hours.

Both served with a German-style potato salad.

Cold beers are pouring and meats are smoking!

On tonight’s menu:

Smoked Chicken Fajitas - lime pepper seasoned chicken thighs smoked and served with tortilla and a pepper and onion medley.

Carnivore Candy - smoked pork belly bites braised in homemade BBQ sauce. Tangy, sweet, and melt in your mouth good.

Choice of either for only $5

Beers on tap:

Ammo IPA - 6.5% IPA. Full of beautiful hoppy flavors. Easy drinking with a bit of a bite.

Village Bicycle - 5.9% “dirty” blonde ale. A tad darker than a traditional blonde ale. We use a bolder base malt for a fuller yet still easy-drinking blonde ale.

Easy Peasy - 6% sour NEIPA. This is a tart and citrusy take on the popular NEIPA style. Loaded with hops for flavor without any bitterness. It’s like lemonade for adults.

All beers are just $2

Join us tonight starting at 6pm for our weekly Friday night BBQ! Firing up the smoker now for a nice long cook.

On the menu tonight we have:

Smoke-fried wings: First we lock in that delicious smokey flavor and then flash fry them for that perfect crispy skin. Have them dry, or tossed in your choice of homemade white or red bbq sauce.

Carnivore Candy: Our favorite dish. Bite-sized chunks of pork belly smoked and then braised in bbq sauce. Tender, sweet, and delicious!

Choice of meat plus a side of house-made chips (crisps) for only $5.

And as always, delicious craft beer made here in Siem Reap! Only $2 a glass.

Starting our prep tonight for Burns Night over at Joe Bar! Come celebrate your Scottish heritage, your hatred of pants, your love of bagpipes, or you can treat the evening as just another reason to drink good beer.

We'll be pouring $2 beers including our Scottish Highland Ale! Inspired by the brewing techniques and flavors of traditional Scottish ales. All crafted here in Siem Reap.

We had such a fun time with you all at our pop-up BBQ on New Years! It was an awesome night, including the best New Years kiss a guy could ask for. Thank you all for your support and especially Zita and Bang Bang Bakery for opening their doors to us. Don’t worry if you missed us, because we’ll be out pouring beer again this Sunday.

Happy new Year! We’re celebrating the end of 2019 with a pop up BBQ at the amazing Bang Bang Bakery! Starting at 6 pm, we will be serving some delicious American BBQ and some real craft ale. We have a delicious IPA and Blonde Ale on tap tonight. Alongside the pork belly and ribs, we’ll have some amazing potato salad and pretzels from Bang Bang Bakery. Come get your feed before one last 2019 night of debauchery begins!!!
