What a hoot, a storming Christmas ceilidh event Talla Lusa Session ( Lusa Folk ) we had great food from Red Skye Restaurant and amazing tunes from Charlie Abel Iron Broo Duo are total music legends. The dancing was such good craic to watch and the smiles say it all

Rejuvenation is the name of the game!
Sitting on your bum (most of the time) doing low impact stretches and mobilities - sounds amazing….. it actually is!
So further to the amount of interest generated by starting an over 60's...... here's the class details 😊
Date: 11th January 2023
Place: Talla Lusa, IV42 8PZ
Day : Wednesdays
Time: 10.45am to 11.45am
Price: £9
What to bring: yourself, water
What to wear: comfortable clothing, maybe a couple of layers that you can take off if you get a bit warm. We will work in bare feet so shoes that are easily removed - feet & ankles love stretching and moving too
There will be a limited amount of space so best to book not just turn up as don't want anybody being disappointed or travelling unnecessarily ok? And if you have booked a place and for some reason can't come, it would be great to have at least 24hrs notice so I can offer the place to someone else
