Welcome to my 2024 list of events.

Nothing sophisticated or technically clever, just a basic diary of transport-related shows, campouts and get-togethers available to the public.

Not listed are commercial tours, music-only events or specific VW-only events as there are quite literally 1000s every year, so would clog up this page. For VW-based events see Bearwood Camper's excellent calendar of events at www.bearwoodcampers.co.uk/campervan-festivals-list-2023 or VW Shows & Events UK. For music events [UK Festivals].

The same goes for County Shows, Steam Rallies, Motorsport Competitions, Boat Shows, etc. Yes a lot of these offer camping, but they are not camper-specific, so not listed here.

NOTE: Events often get cancelled or postponed very late, so ALWAYS contact the organiser first to make certain it is still taking place, it can save a wasted journey!

Cranium Campout returns in a new location. Last year was the first event held in Staffordshire, this year we will be situated in the orchard of Puddle Wharf Farm, Worcestershire. The Family event of the year, it’s a whole weekend orientated around keeping the entire family happy. We had an outdoor cinema, magic show, silent disco and arts and crafts to entertain the kids... as well as the big kids. We also had an amazing line up of live music, starting from Friday evening through to Saturday night. We look forward to welcoming you all back for a bigger, better, fun filled weekend!

Created by Chris Evans, CarFest is the largest family fundraising festival of cars, music, stars and food for all the family. There's magnificent cars, awesome music, shining stars, mouth-watering food and a packed schedule of entertainment in the air and on the ground! To date, CarFest has successfully raised over £20 million for BBC Children in Need (registered charity number 802052, England and Wales, and SC039557,Scotland) and other Children Charities since its creation in 2012. A minimum of 15% of the price paid for each ticket is donated to UK Children Charities. In addition, further profits from the running of CarFest and on site fundraising activities also raise money for the charity.
