We had 11 Micras on our first round of the 2025 Micra Challenge which was really good. However - our Micra friend Jorge Fernandez Ledo shared this recent picture with us which shows 23 Micras on an event in Northern Spain! They have set the bar very high!

Thanks to all our sponsors once again we had our prize draw on round 1 of the Challenge at Bishopscourt.
The following competitors were drawn and received a prize:
- £200 Race & Rally voucher - Raymond Johnston
- £150 award - Raymond McLaughlin
- £100 award - Ben Fallis
- 1 gallon of Millers Competition Oil - Andrew Bushe

After a fantastic days rallying Andrew Bushe and Geraldine McBride took the win on the first round of the 2025 Micra Challenge after a strong performance. Peter and Steven Dowds came home second with some quick times throughout the day. Ben Fallis and Louise McBarron put in a cracking time on the final stage to pip Stanley Orr for third place.

Andrew Bushe and Geraldine McBride go fastest again on Stage 6 to maintain their lead over Peter Dowds and Stanley Orr with two stages to go.

On Stage 5 there is still nothing between the leading Micras with Peter Dowds and Andrew Bushe setting equal fastest times on 4.58. Andrew maintains a 3.4sec lead over Peter with Stanley Orr still in third place.

Peter and Steven Dowds hit back on Stage 4 to set fastest time but Andrew Bushe and Geraldine McBride still lead with Stanley Orr and Graham Henderson remaining in third position.

Things are hotting up here on Stage 3 of the Race & Rally Stages with 0.8sec covering the top 4 on this one. Ben Fallis and Louise McBarron took fastest time in this one but Andrew Bushe and Geraldine McBride retain their lead. All to play for.

Andrew Bushe and Geraldine McBride have put in a cracking time on Stage 2 to take the Challenge lead from Peter and Stephen Dowds who were third fastest. Stanley Orr and Graham Henderson have upped their pace and took third fastest time.

As expected it is tight at the front on this first stage of the Race & Rally Stages event at Bishopscourt. Peter and Steven Dowds are equal first with Andrew Bushe and Geraldine McBride - with nothing to separate them. Last years champions Stanley Orr and Graham Henderson are in close attendance in third place just over 4 seconds back. A number of cars were slipping and sliding in the difficult conditions.

Last minute preparations are underway here at the Race & Rally Bishopscourt Stages. Conditions are damp but mild and tyre choice will be tricky as ever. With 11 Micras entered in this first round of the 2025 Challlenge we are guaranteed some close competition .
