“Sometimes it only takes one song to bring back a thousand memories” 🎶

We’re unbelievably excited to share that for our final dates of our Live In Concert series of shows, we’ll be bringing out the incredibly talented TIARA Tastemaker as direct support!

Tiara is a future funk DJ, known for performing high-energy, marathon performances showcasing an emergent genre that sounds like Electro House, Disco & Funk with a hint of anime nostalgia. When he is joined by His Precious Gemstones, ‘Aqua’ and ‘Ruby’, together they form the world’s first Future Funk Idol Group.

Additionally, we’re excited to announce we will be ending this run of shows in Tiara’s home city of Norfolk at the beautiful newly operated The Annex! This is both a first for Anime Night, as well as a unique event to come to the venue, and we couldn’t be more excited to collaborate with these wonderful teams.

“I’ll show him what you get when you mess around with someone else’s prey!” 💀

For The Rinne Festival, we have the honor of introducing some incredibly talented cosplay guests, some completely new to Anime Night. One we’re particularly excited to have join us is our new friend, Nikki Lee Cosplay!

Nikki is a multi-talented cosplayer from the Pittsburgh area, and an avid anime fan, with her favorite series being none other than Bleach. We say it all the time, but out of The Big Three, Bleach is the series most underrated, but it doesn’t make it any less incredible.

Nikki will be joining us as a cosplay guest on Friday, Dec. 27th at Spirit for our holiday celebration of all things Naruto & Shonen Jump. With her announcement we also get to share that we’re opening up TEN extra tickets at the cheapest price available to partner with Nikki’s involvement, but you can only get that code from Nikki to unlock those tickets for purchase.

“I’m strong because I have people to protect!” 🍥

I’ve said it before, and one of the best things that has ever happened to Anime Night is Joy’s Japanimation. We’ve done these shows in cities across the Midwest and East Coast, and not once have we found a single storefront that either supports the art and culture quite like Joy’s, nor has there been one with an even remotely similar legacy.

Pittsburgh anime and manga culture have been watered for years because of places like Joy’s, and without it, an event like Anime Night likely would have never blossomed in a city like this the way it has. Anime Night isn’t an Anime Night without having them with us, and we’re very lucky to bring them back for our Naruto celebration on 12/27 at once more. You can expect all the usual goodies as well as a wide and unique selection of manga that you won’t find anywhere else, or nearly as affordable. The first tier of tickets are sold out, but you can get the next batch for $20 on our website while supplies last. Believe it!

🚨Rinne Festival Tier 1 Tickets Sold Out!!🚨

You heard right folks, the first tier of tickets for Anime Night: The Rinne Festival at on Friday, Dec. 27th are sold out! Yinz jumped at the low ticket warning, and bought the rest up in less than 24 hours.

Don’t fret, however, the next batch were just made available starting at $20 while supplies last. We’re lucky to have such an incredible Anime Night family in our home city of Pittsburgh to celebrate the holidays with. To those still waiting to get tickets, this is your wake-up call. This next batch won’t last forever, and we still have so much to announce.

We’re excited to share our final of four artist dealers that we’re bringing to Anime Night: The Rinne Festival, the amazing illustrator and motion graphic designer, Maria Bosetti of !

Maria had actually reached out to us at the very end of the last Live In Concert promo cycle, and to our surprise, we met her shortly after in person during our interview with ! Maria is one of the most talented artists we’ve gotten to meet, and it was first on our list to bring out to The Rinne Festival, and we’re excited for all of our guests to check out their table and pick up some prints. “This is the path I walk. Not you or anyone can change that” 🏓

It’s been over a year since we last featured Anime Crossbones at one of our events, in fact, we’ve had two Pittsburgh-based Anime Night’s since then. So much time has passed, and Nate remains one of our favorite artists we’ve both locally, and across the country as a whole.

When we met Nate and had his shop at our show last, he actually designed us a limited run shirt in his style, our “Tsuki Crossbones” shirt. Since then, Nate has opened up his brand in an even bigger way, and grown a ton. We’re excited to see all the new designs, prints, and more as he returns to Anime Night on 12/27 at . What a perfect time to bring him back as well with a celebration of Naruto, and all of the amazing Shonen Jump characters. Tickets are available at the link in our bio, we’ll see you there!

It’s not an Anime Night event without the return of some of our favorite artists setting up shop. We’re proud to share the return of the genius beret makers over at , who will be featured at The Rinne Festival on Friday, December 27th.

Cafe Beret is one of the most unique vendors we’ve met regionally, creating unique, fan-made anime, video game, and cartoon plush berets inspired by their favorite character designs. Each one is uniquely made, and with each event they appear at, you’re certainly in for a surprise on what to expect!

Announcing our 1st of 4 Artist Dealers for The Rinne Festival, is newcomer illustrator and comic creator, RaiZ Arts (pronounced Ray’s Arts), featuring the artistic genius that is Raymont Youngblood.

Ray actually first introduced himself to us at Anime Night Goes Plus Ultra, almost two years ago, and he’s been on our radar since then as an artist to feature at one of our Pittsburgh based events. Coming from a history of love and inspiration from series like Dragon Ball, Sonic The Hedgehog, and of course, Naruto, it felt like the perfect time to feature him and his art amongst our incredibly talented line up.

In all of our travels, Obi has quickly become one of our favorite DJ’s to watch perform, and after spinning his own series of Pirates Vs Ninja’s events, we knew he had decks full of Naruto mixes just ready to go. Anime Night is BACK for our final event of the year. We'll be taking over Spirit Hall for a special holiday event, but this time, celebrating the art and music of Naruto! Join us for a night of music from all of your favorite Shonen Jump series, highlighting our favorites from the Toonami era, performed by our live anime tribute band.

“It’s alright to cry when you’re happy!” 👊🏻

There was never a reality where we didn’t send our hometown of Pittsburgh off with one more Anime Night to close out the year. Deciding what that reality looked like, however, was where things started to get interesting.

New venue. New theme. New music. Celebrating the music and art of the Naruto series at on Friday, December 27th.

We’ll be playing music from the entire Naruto-Boruto series, and other major Shonen Jump and Toonami-era series of anime. Tickets are on sale immediately at the link in the comments.

RetroGameCon, you were incredible.

Thank you for having us be a part of your wonderful convention. We had a blast watching all the amazing acts, shopping at all the amazing vendors, and catching up with all of the friends we’ve made this year in upstate NY!

Syracuse, NY! The city that feels more like home to us than any other city we’ve ever been. We are having an AMAZING time at RetroGameCon 2024!

Super Thrash Bros. and Mega Ran put on some incredible performances last night and we’ve had a blast at the convention! We’re excited for another day -

We can’t wait to check out Lame Genie - Video Game Music at 2pm before we close out tonight starting at 6pm on the MAIN STAGE!

We have a 90 minute set planned composed of all our favorite songs we’ve been playing this year. Vinland Saga, Jujutsu Kaisen, Fairy Tail, and so much more. Come hang out with us, we’re so glad to be back!

Syracuse, we’ll be back next month set up all three days for RetroGameCon, AND, our incredible band will be performing two unique sets at the convention. We can’t wait to see you there!
