Next week is Greek!

Pork tenderloins stuffed with kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, feta and spinach. Comes with asparagus served over lemony orzo. Gluten free option you can do rice instead of orzo. Dairy free option I can omit feta.

Ok chile relleno is the winner! You can get them stuffed with your choice of chicken, veggies or chorizo. The veggies are roasted red pepper, onion, corn and black beans. Both versions will be loaded with cheese, don’t worry 😉. All are gluten free. I can do a dairy free version upon request.

Next week is French and one of my favorites. Coq au vin is bone in herbed chicken pieces slowly braised in red wine with carrots, onions, mushrooms and bacon. It’ll be served over garlic smashed truffle potatoes. Gluten free!

Salad is called a French bistro salad which pairs great with coq au vin. Its a mix of greens and has a lemon vinaigrette with pickled shallots, walnuts and blue cheese. Gluten free.

Tonight I used a lot of herbs and combinations I don’t usually do. Sweet potato pure with sesame oil, maple, lemon & cardamom. Slaw with Japanese mayo, ginger, lemongrass and scallions. A fruit salad with Granny Smith Apple, persimmons and berbere. And scallops seared in sesame oil dusted with black volcanic salt and sumac.

Just a quick reminder to everyone that I will always run you orders out. Please don’t come to the door. My obnoxious dogs won’t let me talk to people through the screen let alone get out with your order in 1 piece 🙄😆. If you’re super early just shoot me a message and I’ll bring it when it’s ready.

Also I’d love to get the soup and salad containers back. I have a cooler on the porch that you can put them in at any time or you can hand them to me at your next pick up.

Anyone looking for some Super Bowl eats? I'm doing two types of lasagna! Buffalo chicken which has chicken slow cooked in buffalo sauce and a creamy blue cheese sauce. The other is Italian beef with your choice of sweet peppers or giardinera. Comes with fresh heirloom tomatoes on top and a mozz cheese sauce. $50 each. They’re a 9x13 half catering tray.

Regular beef and bean chili or vegan chili loaded with veggies and a bunch of different types of beans. Each 32oz chili comes with 2 jalapeno corn bread muffins for $20.

Next week I’m doing a casserole version of something I made last night. Layered Toasty French bread, portabellas, Carmelized onions, thinly sliced roast beef with garlic and rosemary and topped with Gruyere cheese. Red wine reduction sauce comes on the side. I can omit mushrooms and add another layer of bread upon request. I can also do a vegetarian version without the beef and extra of the other ingredients. Gluten free available upon request.
