I made a nice healthy dinner to offset the naughtiness of tomorrow night 😆 Fat free ground turkey sauteed with green onions, raisins, pecans, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, smoked paprika, Aleppo pepper and a little maple syrup stuffed in an acorn squash.

Next week I’m doing one of my favorite Asian dishes that seems to be hard to find around here.

Singapore noodles! Your choice of chicken, shrimp or bbq pork on top. For a vegetarian option I can do tofu too.

Albondigas is a Mexican soup with veggies and meatballs in a tomato broth. Typically it has rice but I put pasta in mine.

A few days late but I really wanted to do the Italian feast of the 7 fishes this year again. Here’s what I came up with!
-Linguini with clams and Chilean sea bass
-Shaved brussel sprout salad with shrimp, calamari, scallops and a classic Caesar dressing with anchovies
-Poached then broiled lobster with lemon and parsley
Best part is having leftovers for tomorrow 😋

I did a fun soup and grilled cheese combo tonight with an Indian twist. Curried carrot ginger soup with goat cheese and harissa grilled cheese. So yummy and spicy

Since last week was so crazy and I completely forgot to put out a meal for next week I figured I’d put my Christmas options out. These are all half pans for pick up on the 23rd

-traditional cheese lasagna $50
-traditional cheese lasagna with meat sauce $50
-spinach lasagna with brie cream sauce topped with crispy prosciutto $50
-meatballs, 5lbs with red sauce on the side $60
-sausage and peppers $50
-roasted veggie lasagna with basil cream sauce which can also be made vegan $50

I’ll be taking orders until Friday the 20th. Payment required upon ordering.

Each of these can also be made gluten free upon request!
