Since next week is Thanksgiving I’m doing a meal that no one will be serving on Thursday! Beef ramen! Option for it to be spicy (chili paste) or for a vegetation option you can just get extra veggies. It’ll come with the broth on the side.

$21 for 1 order which will be larger than my typical soup so it’ll be 3 servings.

Also offering an eggroll side. $3 each for veggie
Or $4 for lemongrass shrimp. Comes with yum yum sauce.

Did some corn and crab stuffed poblanos with baked chihuahua cheese. Mango salsa and avocado on top. Hubby turned his into tacos 😋

These will be steamed fresh for your pick up time!
Comes with your choice of mild or spicy salsa and crema.

Instead of a salad I’m doing a warm side dish of calabacitas which is squash, zucchini, roasted peppers and onion sprinkled with cheese and lots of yummy spices.

Soup is chicken tortilla. Mine is a creamy base with crunchy tortilla strips on top (comes on the side)

Next weeks pop up soup is sausage tortellini. This will be a tomato broth with veggies, Italian sausage and cheese tortellini. If you’re interested in a gluten free version post here, if there’s at least 2 requests I’ll make a 2nd batch

Next week I’m doing a fun mix of Asian flavors.

Vietnamese pork meatballs in a red sauce. Served over rice or alone with buns to build your own sandwiches. Dairy free. Rice option is gluten free. Comes with pickled red onions and cucumbers.
