Launched in Sackville in the Spring of 2010 (but not named until much later) THE RECROOM is a coalition, a conglomeration of concert and event promoters and booking agents in southern New Brunswick. Over the course of our first year, we grew from noisy concerts in basements to a full-fledged two-day festival at George's Roadhouse in Sackville. We have worked with the likes of COUSINS, Born Gold, B

aby Eagle, The Burning Hell, Shotgun Jimmie, Christina Martin, Boxer the Horse, & many more, and hope to continue in this vein. Now split between Saint John and Sackville, we're a one-stop shop for hitting the Southern NB hotspots for the up-and-coming musician on the road. Fingers crossed. Our views are not necessarily the views of our venues, employers, or clients.

IT'S OFFICIAL. MIESHA & THE SPANKS/BLUE THUNDER KUNO/AUDREY & THE AGENTS will be happening at 4A Bridge Street, the maiden voyage of a new permanent venue for The Rec Room. Come on down and check it out on Friday, June 3rd.
