Every time it rains, I think about this couple! Not only did it rain on their wedding day but it poured, and to top it off - there was a state of emergency. But what I love about Jackie and Alex is that they did not let it get to them, they had an amazing day/ night!! I bet when it rains they also think about their wedding day and just how much fun they had! Couples just a reminder, it’s about the two of you that day, you’re marrying the love of your life, your best friend! I know for sure that’s what Jackie and Alex did 🤍🖤

I recently have been asked, why should I hire you as my Wedding Coordinator, when my venue has a coordinator? So here’s my response..

I always tell clients that venue coordinators and wedding coordinators are both very important but have very different jobs. It’s my job to protect the interests of the client and their vision. It’s the venue coordinator’s job to protect the interests of the venue. This is not to say that a venue coordinator doesn’t want to give them a great event, of course.

Where we might have 30 clients at a given time, that venue coordinator may have 80. That’s less time dedicated solely to the couple, and less one-on-one meetings. Less problem solving 3 weeks before wedding. Less advice on how to deal with MOH or MIL. Is the venue coordinator going to call up your photographer a month before your wedding and nail down every timeline need? Will the venue coordinator be there to help attach boutonnières or bustle a dress when they’re having trouble - or will the venue coordinator be too busy with other responsibilities?

If the venue can guarantee the same personalized experience during the entire period - then sure, they may not need me. But most venues can’t. It is my job, my role, my responsibility to meet your expectations. I work for my clients🤍😊
