When Katie, the owner of , asked us to cater her wedding, we were extremely honored, and the wedding last week was unsurprisingly one of the most beautiful we have ever seen.

We had such a fun time collaborating Chef Kitty on the latest video for her YouTube channel Cooking With Kitty! We invited Kitty into our prep kitchen to show her how we make our calzones from scratch, and then put her to work at our Lion's Tail Brewing Co. location (and of course, she got to enjoy the fruits of her labor!).

Today we are wishing all of the mothers, grandmothers, and mother-figures out there a very happy Mother's Day—especially our own mom, CEO, and head chef, Nadia. Not only did she raise us, support us, and put up with us our entire lives, but she gave up half of her weekend to watch Eurovision with us as we explained, in detail, the backstory of every act, and for that we are thankful.
