Hi there! Welcome to Green Chilly Kitchen, a small catering endeavor started by a new immigrant living the American dream! A little bit about me – my name is Vaishali and I, over the span of many years have found myself in new parts of the world, learning to perfect my own recipes but also picking up local flavors along the way. From my mothers Indian recipes, to local East African specialties- it is a journey I’ve loved and one that I’m even more excited to share!
Below are regional cuisines that I offer catering for (which I am constantly updating as I learn and perfect more and more recipes):
Traditional Gujarati, North Indian, South Indian, Indian Street Food, Indo-Chinese, and East African Specialities
