What a journey, y’all!

First things first: THANK YOU. To my incredible team, every volunteer, my family, friends, and everyone who stood with me – this campaign wouldn’t have been possible without each of you. Over 32,000 people cast their vote for Hope, Healing, and Healthcare for All. That’s a powerful statement, and it’s only the beginning.

Jumping into this race late was no easy task, but we came out strong. With endorsements from incredible organizations and individuals, we built a movement that put people first. And now? We’ve got the roadmap for a real grassroots campaign, and I know what it takes to build something that lasts.

Running for office is no small sacrifice. Your life gets exposed to hundreds of thousands of people, and sometimes, folks you thought would be right there with you drift away, forgetting who you are at your core. It’s a choice that can shake up everything; your job, your privacy, your routine.

And though we didn’t get the “W” this time, the fight is far from over. (But first, I’m treating myself to a well-earned, three-day nap!) After some rest and family time, I’ll be right back in the work. The vision we built together? It’s just getting started.

And yes – I’m already thinking about running again. But for now, I’ll take the rest of this month to reflect, regroup, and connect with those who matter most. This campaign may be wrapped, but our movement? It’s alive and kicking.

Thank you for every call, every door knock, every donation, every ounce of energy. I’m honored, grateful, and ready to keep building toward the vision we share. Onward, always together. Its still
