A client texted me last night (Sunday) at 9:48pm in a panic that Hertz didn't have their reservation when they landed in Maui.
(My heart skips a beat)
In less than 5 min, I confirmed their car was with Alamo, not Hertz and resent their reservation information. She just forgot and in her panic she didn't think to check the travel documents I sent.
I received this photo today of their first morning in Maui with a thank you for being quick to respond so late on a Sunday evening.
Another reason to use a travel agent. I'm there for you when you're tired and not thinking straight after a long travel day!
