Dear Self-Love Club KC Community,

It’s been a really challenging time for everyone! Let’s take a deep breath together and decide to consciously prioritize OURSELVES in September! We’re often told to put others first and it’s so easy to forget that this doesn’t always ensure a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life. Today, let us remind you that YOU ARE WORTHY OF LOVE AND CARE! Please don’t forget to LOVE & TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF TODAY & EVERYDAY! ❤️❤️❤️

Spend a few minutes on yourself each day this month on one or all of these things:

❤️Take the time to reflect on your strengths and how much you’ve accomplished.

❤️Indulge in some self-compassion. Be kind to yourself. Extend yourself the same grace that you give to others.

❤️Allow yourself to enjoy something that fills you with joy AND happiness!

❤️Celebrate the beauty of your uniqueness, both inside and out.

❤️Resist the urge to be a work martyr and set healthy boundaries with others that prioritize YOUR needs.

Remember, loving yourself is not selfish; it is non-negotiable! You can’t show up as a good partner, friend, mother, daughter, etc., without prioritizing self-love. Don’t forget that it’s 💯 okay to say NO to something that completely drains you. You are strong, capable of anything, and worthy of love and respect!

Spread this message far and wide! Let’s love ourselves and one another. Most importantly let’s cheer each other on 🎉 When one of us succeeds, we all succeed! ❤️

Dear Self-Love Club Community,

We regret to inform you that due to unexpected circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to cancel The Rediscover You Retreat scheduled for October 4-6, 2024.

This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it is in the best interest of all involved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support and understanding.
