For this year, we've prepared two amazing masterclasses - Design and Product!

✍️ Design Masterclass - COLLABORATIVE IDEATION AND WIREFRAMING: FROM IDEAS TO STRUCTURE, Vjeran Vlahović / Katarina Barišić (Netgen)

In this interactive 3-hour workshop, participants will engage in group-based activities that highlight the importance of teamwork in the ideation and wireframing process. Designed for digital professionals at all experience levels, this session emphasizes the use of simple yet powerful tools: paper and pencil. Attendees will participate in collaborative exercises to generate and refine ideas, sketch initial concepts, and iterate on wireframes. By the end of the workshop, participants will have experienced the benefits of collaborative design and will leave with practical skills to enhance their design process.

🗣️ Product Masterclass - BUILDING STRONGER TEAMS: OVERCOMING COMMON CHALLENGES WITH LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Josipa Borić-Novosel (Astyre)

This hands-on masterclass is designed to empower teams to tackle common workplace challenges through the innovative and interactive approach of LEGO® Serious Play®. Participants will engage in guided activities that use LEGO® bricks as a medium to express ideas and solve problems creatively, fostering a deeper understanding of team dynamics and improving interpersonal communication.

For this event’s grand finale, Bruno Pavić (CEO of ProForca) and Ivan Rimac (CTO of Barrage) have prepared an interesting discussion on Navigating Cyber Security in 2024.

Both Bruno and Ivan boast impressive careers. From Bruno’s security and intelligence roles at SOA to founding and directing ProForca to Ivan’s role in founding and directing Barrage and active involvement in the AI community as CroAI (Croatian AI Association)’s Vice President.

Our second speaker, Matija Mandaric from Trend Micro, will talk about "A short introduction to secure thinking, and what basically is security?"

From a security engineer to pre-sales and consulting, enterprise security architecture, and education, Matija has been in security for almost 15 years now, in various roles and various organizations with various responsibilities, from a user through an integrator to a vendor.

In this talk, he'll present us with a short introduction to secure thinking and what, basically, is security, plus some common misconceptions and myths about it.
