Today at I was honored to be elected as one of the new At-Large Board Members for the LGBTQ+ Local Officials Board of Directors.

This appointment is more than a personal achievement – it's an opportunity to amplify diverse voices from the City of Laurel on the national stage. I'm looking forward to working alongside fellow leaders to create more inclusive communities across America!

Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈 Stop by Laurel City Hall or Olive on Main and pick up your Laurel Pride Month Restaurant Passport! Then, make plans to eat at Olive On Main on June 4th, Gigi’s Ice Cream Shop on June 13th, and Acapulco Restaurant & Grill on June 18th. Show them your passport, and you will receive a sticker. Fill up at least 3 of your passport stamps, and you will be entered to win a Pride pack from us during the last week of June. Drop your passport book at City Hall with your name, phone #, and email. Happy Pride, and thank you for supporting local businesses! 🫶🏻
