This is my year for happy little accidents.
My second set of sunflower rows ended up sprinkled with Bright Light cosmos cause these seeds will forever be here.
I planted these cosmos here 2 years ago and they have reseeded every year since.
This part of the garden is giving me cottage garden vibes and the timing and colors for october couldnt be better.

The simplest incredients for a sweet little moment. A bridal bouquet request I couldnt say “no” too.
I find myself hestitant to do hard things. Afraid of the infamiliar. And to be honest I havent tackled a bridal bouquet in a good long while.
But it goes to show that experience and time, teach you skills without you even realizing it.

Yup. The pathways aren’t supposed to be green.
But it took a lot of work to this point where the beds are full of seedlings and the green that fills them up isn’t weeds!
I am gonna call it a win! Now to just wait for all the sunflowers and maybe (or maybe not) do something about the wire grass that just won’t quit!

Much of flower growing is the planning and dreaming! Color palettes, variety and dreamy combinations!
While I have some hard lessons learned this year, I am adjusting Teacup visions for the 2025 season. Cause at the end of the day I am a mama before a flower farmer and these babies dont keep!
Zinnias are gonna be my best friend next year but we arent talking a few colors and a couple rows.
My visions include inviting the community onto the farm, picnics, flower picking, photoshoots and buckets upon buckets of flowers just like these.
Even with the dreams for next year unfolding, this year isnt over! And when I walk through the beautiful weedy mess that is our current flower field there are still tresures to unfold. This pretty bucket being a perfect example!
