๐บ Asphodel Event 3 Tickets ๐บ
Tickets for this year's Asphodel event come out at the start of February! Here's what you need to know about the release.
Asphodel Event 3: 4-6 July 2025
Venue: Leslie Sell Activity Centre, Bedford
Ticket Price: ยฃ95
Deposit option: ยฃ30
Release Date: Tuesday 4th February 2025 from 7pm (existing players) or 8pm (general sale)

๐ฟ Player Tickets ๐ฟ
60 player tickets* will be released across two time slots on our website. There will be a ยฃ30 deposit option for those unable to pay the full amount immediately, with the remainder due within two months (4th April 2025).
Existing players: 7pm
New players: 8pm
*There were 50 tickets for the second event, so there should be at least 10 spaces for new players. Previous games have sold out in under an hour, with some batches selling out in minutes; we recommend being there promptly at 8pm to avoid disappointment.
๐ฑ Crew Tickets ๐ฑ
40 crew tickets will be released alongside the player tickets. Crewing is free and includes basic meals and snacks. A menu will be released before the event, including vegan options. If you later are unable to attend, you must let us know so we can attempt to fill your space.
Core crew, including writers and referees, should not purchase a general crew ticket, there will be separate personal confirmation of your attendance sometime in January. If youโre unsure whether this applies to you and havenโt received a message by the end of January, please message us to check.

โก Existing Players and Crew Only until 8pm โก
Ticket sales will pause between 7:50pm and 8pm to verify that only existing players have bought tickets during the pre-release. Any remaining tickets will go back in stock at 8pm.
7pm Player Tickets are for anyone who has played event 1 or 2.
7pm Crew Tickets are for anyone who has attended the game before in any capacity.
If you are new to Asphodel and purchase a ticket before 8pm you will be refunded and will have to repurchase the ticket at 8pm.
๐ Waiting List ๐
We will be holding a waiting list once tickets sell out. A separate post will go up at that point with instructions on how to join it. Previous events have had a 10-20% ticket turnover so itโs worthwhile joining if you miss out on initial ticket sales.

If your payment has been successfully received, it will show as โprocessingโ on your account until itโs been manually verified. If youโre worried somethingโs gone wrong, please message Fakelore Games or email in at [email protected]
If thereโs been an issue with processing your payment and tickets sell out before you can resolve it, donโt panic! Get in touch as soon as you can, and weโll use the date and time of your first attempt at purchasing a ticket to see if you got in on time and go from there.
