3 steps to start planning your
Bali Destination Wedding
🙌🏻 To provide you an example of previous clients requirements and wishes. Some couples prefer an intimate and family-circle style wedding, somewhere far away from tourists noise and high traffic areas. Some request to provide adventures for their guests and some like to have a focus on a festive atmosphere.
Below is the three-step process on how to start the preparations in order to make your day stress free and truly memorable.
✨1️⃣ Think about the wedding day of your dreams. Close your eyes and just imagine this day:
Is it a big or small wedding?
Is it formal or informal?
What time of the year will it take place?
The better you understand what is you exactly want, the easier it is for the wedding planner to make your dream day come true.
✨2️⃣Work with your guests list & set your budget.
Make a preliminary guests list. This only necessary for an approximate calculation of the budget of the wedding, because site booking and catering can take up to 50% of the total budget.
✨3️⃣Set the Date & Venue. I usually advise my clients to be more flexible in choosing a date range for your special day. It will give you more options for choosing venues. There were many cases when the venue adored by clients wasn't unavailable on a specific date.
