As part of our event we will be offering a number of amazing giveaways!! Raffle tickets will be given out when our guests check in, and winners selected at the end of the fashion show, which is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
If you have ever spent time in Oregon wine country, chances are you have enjoyed a meal at Red Hills Market in Dundee! Chef Jody is offering one lucky winner a 2 hour food and wine consultation, offering professional insight on the dos and don’ts of menu planning, inside the kitchen tips and tricks, where to find the best seasonal ingredients, getting the most out of your wedding budget and so much more! This experience will be invaluable and so cool.

Hello! It’s so nice to meet you. My name is Bethany Caruso, founder and event organizer, of the WV Wine Country Wedding Showcase! I have spent nearly a year dreaming up and planning for this event, the last several weeks exchanging emails with many of you. I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all who have signed up, or are planning on attending this event.
A little about me. I fell in love with the bridal industry as a child. My mother was a bridal gown seamstress and designer, who participated in the Portland Bridal Show. One of my fondest memories is being backstage for the fashion show, watching all the models prepare for the runway. It was a thrill. Growing up, we had monthly subscriptions to all of the bridal publications and I had scrapbooks full of beautiful wedding inspirations. I would pretend to plan weddings, not just for myself, but for “my clients” too.
Shortly after graduating college with a degree in interior design, I started my own bridal veil business (with the help and guidance of my mother), which was a creative outlet as I became a mother myself. In 2016 after working in interior design for a number of years, I followed a new dream and started , merging my knowledge of the elements of design and my love of the wedding industry.
In recent years, I have had the honor of making connections with so many in the local event and wedding industry, and a new dream came to life. Curating a group of these amazing people/businesses/locations and sharing them with the public.
So here we are! In less than three months, we will all be gathering together at the stunning , and celebrating community over competition within this industry and I’m over the moon about all this show will have to offer.
If you’ve made it all the way through that, bravo. You deserve a sticker and a cookie. Now tell me a little something. Are you a participating vendor? Planning a wedding? I would love to meet you, too!!

Riverwood Ranch offers its own version of a red carpet, and we can hardly wait for it to welcome our vendors and guests on April 29th! With a live DJ, and all we have to share, it’s will be *almost* like the WV version of a Hollywood award night. 🤩

Our event location is The Riverwood Ranch in Dundee, Oregon. 300 acres of farmland in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country. The romantic white barn features two finished stories with a ground level full bar, brides and grooms quarters and more! The second level is floor to ceiling hardwood with a crystal chandelier, bringing all the sparkles! This will be our main vendor space and entertainment area.
Featuring vendors from caterers to floral designers, to glam make up artists - we’ve got a little bit of everything to help you plan your wedding or other celebration!
