Down on the farm… 🌞🚜
Last weekend took me down to the sunny south coast for Rosy and Sam’s beautiful wedding at I knew it was going to be a true farm wedding when I was greeted by some curious but friendly cows upon arrival. I then met some sunbathing sheep and lambs in the middle of the road which only added to the charm. 🐄 🐑
The wedding took place in a stunning barn with traditional cobbled inlay and oak beams adorned with twinkling lights. The space was naturally beautiful, so a few elegant touches and natural flowers was all that was needed.
As guests began to arrive, there were plenty of ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’ at the setup. They were also treated to beautiful violin playing, setting the tone for what was to come.
Rosy walked down the aisle with a big smile on her face and this feeling of joy and celebration continued throughout. A heartfelt reading delivered by a good friend and a very sweet ringbearer both added to the celebration.
After showering them with confetti we celebrated on the lawn, soaking in the scenic views across the marshes to the Roman walls of Pevensey Castle and out to sea. As guests headed into the Big Barn for the wedding breakfast, I made my way home, bidding farewell to the friendly sheep and cows as I left. Congratulations to the gorgeous Sam and Rosy and wishing them so much happiness for the future. 💕
