Lord we thank you for each and everyone who is apart of our Tasty G’s family….everyone you see here plays a significant roll and are greatly appreciated ! Our first year was us trying to figure things out as new business owners , this year is about showing appreciation, next year WE BALL !!This Christmas we did something small together at our restaurant in honor of showing our appreciation to the ones who hold us down. This is just the beginning to something so beautifully crafted by God himself . To our team , thank you for trusting the process and never giving up on us. Our newest addition to our team ! He got the opportunity to serve his family and also got the chance to meet one of his favorite rappers . If I must say myself , this week has been a great week for him lol . Like always….Thank yall so much for the love and support was one for the books. So a quick back story on how we got here ! I went to Dr. Michael Krop Senior high for 3 years which is where I met my mentor . I took culinary arts class for 3 years with him and this is where I found my passion in cooking and started my business originally called “THE G SPOT” in 2018. Fast forward to two years ago, my mom called me and told me that she had found a location for me to sell food from to avoid selling from my apartment. When I seen the warehouse I was like what are we doing here and what are we going to do with this place?! And all she said was “Trust God and Trust her”. So I went with it. Closed on it June 1st, 2022 and opened shop August 28th, 2022 now called “TASTY G SPOT” .Now two years later we closed on our second location “TASTY GS BISTRO!!!

Now, I would like to take the time to thank God !!! When I say this , I say this with everything in me ! God has been there every step of the way and never gave us a reason to loose faith no matter how hard this journey has been for us. God I thank you for my mom , this lady has been working two jobs since forever ! My mom does anything and everything for her kids !! My mom gave me the game about friends , about life , and most importantly she taught me how to hustle unconsciously! I would see this lady come home from work cook dinner for us sleep for an hour then she’s right back up getting ready for her next job. My mom took a huge risk purchasing this warehouse and it paid off tremendously. It is now time for me to put that work in because it’s time for her to retire and enjoy life.

Two weeks ago we did a Crab and Lobster cake special in which we still have going on because the way yall was ordering it, we’ve just decided to add it to our menu permanently 🎉🎉🎉 This weekend starting on Saturday we will have Snapper Filet and Peach Cobbler Pancakes featured on our Chefs special ! 🐟🥞☺️🤤 Don’t miss out 🤌🏽
