Texas weddings are gorgeous, but Mother Nature can be unpredictable! Here are some tips to keep your outdoor ceremony smooth and stress-free:

-Weather Prep: Texas heat can be intense, so consider offering guests fans or cold drinks as they arrive. If it’s later in the season, be ready for cooler evenings too.
-Shade & Comfort: Set up shade options like umbrellas or a tent if possible, especially for midday ceremonies. No one wants to melt in the sun!
-Plan B: Always have a backup plan in case of rain (or extreme heat). Make sure you and your venue have a weather contingency in place!
-Bugs: Don’t forget bug spray or citronella candles to keep those Texas critters at bay.
