Love how this simple table setting turned out! When we were designing their table for their buffet style dinner we wanted to keep it simple but tie all their wedding elements in.
I liked to call their wedding design a Poconos Night Sky.
The wood slabs had a bud vase with white flower, silver sparkle votive, and mason jar of baby’s breath with a navy bow.
This tied in the woods for the groom, sparkle for the bride, and the colors of their color palette.

This Bouquet is just wow! When we were meeting with to go over flower design the bride wanted Navy in her flowers. Well Navy isn’t a natural color found except with anemones and blue thistle which is exactly what Alisha utilized to bring that color into her bouquet!
If possible always ask your floral designer if there are any natural colors that can be utilized first as they just are so beautiful!

Who says that flat lays can’t be bursting with color?
I absolutely love that we styled their details on an American Flag since the groom is in the Air Force. Not only does it have great meaning to them, it also matched their color scheme perfectly.

Last year I had the opportunity to attend with local wedding professional and aspiring ones.
I signed up for it with excitement to continue to learn and to connect with others. What I didn’t know was how difficult of a place I would be in when attending after a sudden tragic loss of one of my biggest supporters.
Those two days were great in many ways because I learned, I was challenged, I connected with some amazing people, and found new support from others who were in the industry when I needed it most.
I will be forever grateful for the relationships built from that day and the opportunity to learn from some incredibly talented people.
So let’s continue to feed our souls, make it happen, and support each other!

When planning weddings and coming up with a design I like to think about the story I’m telling. Your wedding is a part of your love story and I love helping couples tell their story.
My goal is to come up with an intentional design that immerses your guests into your story whether that be by incorporating little details or creating an atmosphere that transports your guests into your engagement location, favorite travel spot, or favorite movie.
This moment was designed to make it feel like they are getting married by the fishing boats in Greece under a stunning “tree”. Her dress, hair, and makeup all were chosen to go along with this theme.

After a much needed vacation and recharge I’m feeling my creativity and inspiration coming back. I’ve always been inspired by Disney and have created much of my business model from them.

Being a soccer player most of my life teamwork has been engrained into my brain and is so important.

When designing your wedding don’t forget about the linens! Linens help the overall vibe and style of your wedding and can make a huge impact.
For this mediterranean theme I went with these stunning linens to replicate the blue and white tiles. Add in a pop of fuchsia napkins and you have a table bursting with Mediterranean vibes!

Adapting to changes is something I do on the regular. Never did I think I would have to adapt this much and so often.
I miss designing and planning weddings. I miss talking with my couples with excitement about how we can personalize their day and how they don’t have to worry about anything cause I’ve got it for them. While I’m still doing these things, more conversations are spent discussing adapting and changing plans.
I know that those exciting days are coming and that this is temporary. I’m looking forward to the day I’m running around making a wedding beautiful and watching my couples have the best time.

Loving this summer day! It’s reminding me of traveling in the Mediterranean which is what inspired my recent styled shoot.
The first step in my design process is discussing what style and vibe we want to accomplish for the event.
Then after discussing different ideas I put together a design board which becomes the design road map. This amazing invitation suite by kicks off the Mediterranean vibes. Remember that your invitation is your guests’ sneak peek to the wedding.

I think it’s safe to say this year is not going how anyone planned. Been thrown a lot of curveballs this year starting in January, but in February I was able to attend to learn and grow amongst other wedding professionals.
During this conference I was able to be hands on during a styled shoot. While this wasn’t my first time assisting it was nice to be able to ask some questions and to jump right in.
This year may be tough, but I’m powering through and have some exciting content coming your way soon!
