What does intercultural team mean to you? For me means that I work every day with people from Greece, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary and Croatia while I’m based in Romania. It also means that I get to see things from different perspective, I learn about different and I can see in my day to day activity how this influence our way of thinking and doing things as a team. This diversity helps us to generate more ideas, to be more creative and at the same time increase collaboration in the team. While our perspectives are enlarged we start to be more open, to appreciate the differences between us as human beings and not least we have a lot of fun working together.
