It's always great to know that your clients was served good, quality, delicious and professional service, that they needed a second go round of Catering by Matilda & Family! We were honored to assist our client, Mrs. Sheila Moore in celebrating her husband's 60th birthday party! Dinner consisted of:
Smoked Chicken
Brisket
Chopped Pork
Tender, Juicy Ribs
Smoked Sausage
Citrus & Garlic Smoked Shrimp
Baked Beans
Potato Salad
Mac n Cheese
Collard Greens
Fiesta Corn
Green Beans
And some Captain John Derst’s bread!!

Even right after Thanksgiving, the guests were still ready to celebrate, party, drink and eat some delicious catered food by Catering by Matilda and FamILY! Happy Birthday, A.C.!

Big shout out & thanks to Fork Grove Barbecue, Anderson, S.C. - Dylan Cooke (owner), Taylor, & the rest of the staff for showing us major love today - it was worth every bit of the 2 hr drive! Brian Allen & I were treated to a king's feast of brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, smoked turkey breast, pork belly burnt ends, ribs, jalapeño & cheddar smoked sausage, collard greens, potato salad, baked beans, mac n cheese, cheesy bacon hashbrowns, street corn salad, brisket chili, & apple pie crunch! Needless to say, we were very appreciative & SUPER FULL! If you're in the area, it is worth a visit. I promise, you won't regret it! EVERYTHING IS DAMN GOOD! Lol 💯

Many thanks to Dr. Adam Port and his staff at Ankle & Foot Center of Georgia/Norcross for the massive display of love! Not only putting Catering by Matilda & Family in the game at his location, but with other centers across the city. By far the best of the best as a doctor/surgeon & person! We rocked out Miso Glazed Salmon, Smoked Brisket, Smoked Turkey Breast, Yellow Rice, Grilled Asparagus, Fiesta Corn, Mac n Cheese, Rolls, Lemonade, Sweet Tea, & Water. What a great Thursday it was.... 💯

Today I took the family off probation so we rocked the smothered pork chops, rice, mac n cheese, collard greens, potato salad & I smoked beef ribs for my neighbor. After all that, I wanted cheerios! Lawd have mercy, but my dinner was doggone good too = 2 bowls!! Lol
