Ms. Norma Jean Plummer. Lived 85 great years!!
We shared many laughs & was always on the lookout for a good corned beef sandwich! Lol
But don't worry, she left the family in good hands = with someone who has ALREADY done something for us that we'll never be able to repay her for! ❤️

A menu consisting of:
Appetizers = roasted red pepper hummus w/ Naan bread & veggies, shrimp spring rolls, fresh fried bbq pork skins... yep! With the hot sauce! Dinner: sweet sriracha chicken skewers, Thai Coconut lemongrass chicken bites, hamburger/cheeseburger sliders, chopped pork sliders, vegan citrus rib bites w/ spinach, New Orleans style bbq shrimp, sautéed turkey sausage w/ peppers & onions, Jasmin rice, squash/zucchini medley, grilled asparagus, Mexican street corn, fries & even dropped a side pan of chicken tenders for a few that couldn't find something to eat off the line! 💯

Deviating from the norm for a min... R.I.P. Rev. Marcus D. Boston, Sr. of Gainsville, FL (FAMU Class of '58). Forever faithful to his family (married 67 yrs), church, community, university, & mankind. Marcus Boston, Jr. and I met @ FAMU in 1985 & still remain there for each other!

As the saying goes, thru it all, you gotta be able to go home! Due to the morning weather, not quite "Praise in the Parking Lot", but the sun came out right after morning worship and Catering by Matilda & Family did the doggone thang! The members of the church brought many tasty goodies & we filled in the gap. Thanks for inviting us again... 8 yrs strong & getting better every time!
