Let's talk event setup!

Firstly....who is in charge of making this happen? This is often an overlooked detail, especially with DIY events. Everything is planned up until day of, but then who is there to execute this design?
This is one of the services our business offers as an add on to Day Of Coordination services. But this is also something that may be included in some form or fashion with your venue rental. Either way is a MUST ASK question as you start booking vendors. Because this is something that needs to be decided on early on in the process, and delagated. This is NOT something you want your Maid of Honor, Mother or another important person involved in your day doing the day of your wedding or event.

Here are some of the things a setup includes:

🫧Venue preparation
Setting up tables, chairs, bar areas, buffets, and other elements

🫧Equipment handling
Safely and efficiently moving and handling equipment, such as tables, chairs, dishware, and glassware

🫧Teamwork
Working with others to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to the event plan

🫧Attention to detail
Making sure every aspect of the venue setup meets the event plan's standards

🫧Cleaning
Maintaining cleanliness in the event spaces, including hallways and other common areas

Trends will inevitably factor into our engagement ring choices, but in 2025, we’ll see a collective move towards more individualized designs. Which we LOVE! Tell us who you are just by looking down at your hand.

Lab grown:
Which further feeds into the unique ring designs. As you can literally create custom ring cuts no one else has!

Cool tones:
Cool toned metals are coming back into style

The ‘elongated cushion’

Old world cuts:
as in- emerald, pear, oval cuts. Plus on the rise asscher-cut diamonds which are looking to surpass the popular round brilliant cut.

Kaleidoscopic stones-
Adorning our engagement rings with coloured stones and engagement rings, with sapphires, blue topaz and morganite will most certainly be on the rise. And we've already seen an uptick in this the past few years. Which honestly gives a nod to several early 19th century trends.
